We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rapidly growing company, build a highly talented team and play a key role in defining our growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement fast-paced marketing experiments
2. Create marketing and branding strategy for Twitter and Discord.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, recommending adjustments and innovations as needed.
4. Work in collaboration with the product team to design features and growth experiments aligned with our business objectives.
5. Manage a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous innovation.
6. Help make assertive business decisions taking into account the growth context.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience and track record in growth hacking for DeFi and Web3.
2. Understand the business of crypto derivatives exchanges (centralized and decentralized)
3. Expertise in recruiting and managing KOLs, preferably in the crypto trading segment.
4. Experience in crypto-native hiring
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and good practices of growth management.
